Our standard session fee ranges from $155-$227.

Ways to Make Counseling More Affordable
Some of our clients choose to put their sessions on their credit card to make payments easier. Others, who cannot afford full sessions, schedule half sessions with their therapists, or come in less frequently. We'd be happy to discuss this with you.

Insurance Benefits
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance representative the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met? When does my deductible start over?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• How many sessions per week does my insurance allow?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

We accept many  insurance plans to cover counseling services at Browning Therapy Group as a courtesy to our clients. At the same time, it is important to remember that the client is ultimately responsible for all charges. Also, there are privacy considerations to keep in mind when using your insurance. Reduced Fee
Please call us to discuss the possible option of reduced fee services, available on a limited basis based on evaluation of financial hardship and family income. Our friendly, attentive staff would be happy to walk you through all financial considerations and answer any questions you may have. We love to help; give us a call today.

Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session or a late charge.
